Except for the special needs of our guests, delivery of the rooms is scheduled between 15:00 and 20:00, however, please notify us of the expected arrival time at least on the morning of the day of arrival.
Guests are advised to provide an acknowledgment of receipt when completing the P.S.
The price agreed for the stay includes the use of the whole house facilities and the supply of towels and sheets.
For entry and exit from the property there are no times to be observed, guests can leave and come back to their liking. The car parking is always free and at no cost.
Pets are allowed.

Please note that, on the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10 am to allow for cleaning and delivery to new arrivals.
We recommend a proper and civil use of the toilet, avoiding throwing anything in the W.C. (Use the appropriate baskets). Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. For any other needs please do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to help you
Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You’ll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival and a further 20% of the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price.
